This visualisation is a lovely Mindful moment for the children.  They are guided to tune into their bodies and get an understanding of where they are holding onto tension and how to release it.  It is about allowing the children to understand how they are feeling and empowering them to know more about what their bodies need as well as helping them to release any negative emotions.
