I offer flexible, personalized programs tailored to your child's unique needs. In a safe and supportive environment, they will feel heard and understood. Each session includes a discussion of achievements, challenges, and new concerns, with tools and techniques to help them navigate these issues.
Through ongoing support, your child will develop life-long coping strategies for anxiety, depression, OCD, and sleep difficulties. My aim is to provide a foundation of solid tools that foster lasting change.
