The imagination of the children during the workshop was incredible, and I found it a really relaxing experience. The thing I liked especially was the way that we can bring it into the curriculum and the classroom

"My Magical Garden" is a therapeutic technique designed to help children manage stress and emotional challenges through Imagination, Mindfulness, and Guided Imagery. It allows children to create a personal "Magical Garden" in their minds, providing a safe space to reduce anxiety, stress, and other difficult emotions.

Key Elements:

  • Imagination: Helps children relax and calm their minds by creating positive mental images.

  • Mindfulness: Encourages children to focus on the present, increasing awareness of their feelings.

  • Guided Imagery: Uses calming mental images to quickly relax the body and mind.

The technique supports children with self-regulation, improving their ability to manage difficult emotions independently. It has proven benefits, such as reducing exclusions and conflicts, fostering confidence, and building resilience. The program is inclusive, accommodating children of all abilities, especially for those dealing with anxiety, anger, grief, and transition.

It also integrates seamlessly into the curriculum, enhancing creativity in writing, drama, and art while complementing existing well-being programs. A six-month academic trial confirmed its effectiveness in promoting emotional regulation, relationship building, and improved learning states.

Flexible and budget-friendly, our programs empower educators and students to prioritise well-being and unlock their full potential.
