Helping Children and Teenagers Feel Calm, Confident and Resilient
Hello, I’m Jacqui Cameron — a wellbeing practitioner, mindfulness teacher, life coach, and author dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of children, teenagers, and the adults who care for them.
I work with young people who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, or difficulties at school, helping them develop the tools they need to feel calmer, more confident, and better able to manage life’s challenges.
Through one-to-one sessions, wellbeing workshops, and training for schools and parents, I combine mindfulness, nervous system education, guided imagery, and creative wellbeing practices to help young people understand their emotions and build resilience.
My mission is simple: to help every young person reconnect with their inner calm and realise their potential.
